PREFACE
A couple of years ago I had the good fortune to meet the author of this book, Raym. I am a self employed barrister, and whilst on a business trip in Northern New South Wales, I found myself with a bit of free time. It was raining, so the beach was out. I was looking for something to do. Someone suggested I visit a local tourist attraction where they sold crystals. I thought crystals were very pretty, so what the heck, I went, and whilst I was there I had a crystal healing facilitated by Raym.
This is what happened.
Raym first cleansed the energy centres around my body using pranic healing techniques. This involved me sitting on a chair with my eyes closed feeling pretty relaxed. Flashes of light appeared as if someone was turning a torch on and off in my face. I later found out that this was prana or light energy being channelled by Raym and projected onto me through his hand.
After this the crystal experience began. I lay on the floor and centred myself. Raym asked our higher selves and spirit guides to be present. He then placed crystals on and around my body. I followed him on a guided meditation and was shown how to bring light into my body through the top of my head. As I brought this light down through my body it seemed to get stuck at the level of my heart. There was an emotional blockage in my heart caused by recent life events which was holding me back from getting on with life.
With help from Raym I actually felt the blockage in my heart let go and the light surged through me. I joyfully breathed in light through the crown and into every part of my being.
The joy and the light kept flowing as I travelled further and further into the etheric realm. I was touched by an energy of purity and perfection. It caressed me, and filled me, the feeling of bliss was indescribable. I knew I was having an encounter with my higher self and with the divine. It was so beautiful that I did not want it to end. The energy was so intense that, blissful as it was, it became unbearable, as though my body was not capable of holding in this much love. Just when I thought I couldnÕt take any more, it gently withdrew.
Raym told me that I had been gone a while and that I should ask my guides anything that I needed to know before I returned. I asked how I could grow spiritually. The love and joy became intense again. Then everything swirled and a lady in white that I felt I knew appeared. She smiled at me, she is one of my spirit guides. Then a scarlet object came hurtling toward me out of the ether from behind what looked like billowing clouds. The thing stopped right in front of me. It was a beautiful shimmering scarlet jewelled heart. I knew that this was my heart and it had just been healed.
What an experience! Not only was it the most blissful joyous experience imaginable, the effects of the experience rippled on through my life in ways that at the time I could not have imagined. It was a turning point, an opening to love and spirituality as a way of life. The experience has helped me to form deeper and stronger, more honest relationships with family and friends. It has helped me to empathise with and more fully support clients, and, if that isnÕt enough, I have gotten over the trauma of a painful divorce. I then felt able to form a fabulous new marriage, which I thought was a very remote possibility. I have started to have glimpses of clairvoyance and now have regular contact and help from my spirit guides.
So why am I telling you this? Because unless I had experienced it I would not have believed it. Three years ago I would have thought it was proof of insanity where as now I think of it as "normal" (great word!). Now I am on my own voyage of discovery and life is a whole lot more interesting.
Raym has become a great friend and teacher. The contents of this book have formed the basis of many hours of interesting discussion. Raym is a lightworker and Crystal Master and he practises in Byron Bay and by appointment in Sydney. I recommend a session with him. But what do you do if you do not know any switched on, respected, intelligent, effective healers and spirit workers? Where does one find out about the link between human beings, the spirit world and the physical world? This book is a good starting point.
Throughout the book are concepts and possible experiences which may seem far out or impossible to anyone who has no previous exposure to them. There are challenging thoughts on matters ranging from the spiritual hierarchy to why you should watch less TV. It introduces the ÒNew AgeÓ and deals with aliens and angels, the miraculous and the mundane. The emphasis is on trying things for yourself in a safe and supportive environment. The point of it all is to make your life more fulfilling, joyful and balanced.
We create our own realities. What does yours look like? Is it perfect? If you want to know more about ÒRealityÓ and how to change it then I recommend that you read on.
After you read parts one and two of this book you will be ready to try some of the healing modalities described and listed in alphabetical order, in the third part. Naturally, reading about these things is not a patch on experiencing them for yourself. If you want change and growth in your life, jump in and try a few, being guided always by your higher self and your heart.
Knowing Raym has changed my life. I hope this book will change yours.

INTRODUCTION
There is a rising tide of spiritual awareness presently sweeping our planet, people are "coming out" with their spirituality in ways that are reminiscent of the sexual revolution of the 60Õs and 70Õs. New Age speakers, books and TV programmes are increasing in popularity and there is talk of Earth changes, ancient prophesies realised and the dawning of a "Golden Age." Our World IS changing.
What is this New Age and how will it affect our lives? How real is it? Why is it becoming an irresistible force, which attracts people from all walks of life; intelligent, respected, talented, ordinary and sometimes famous people who may well include your neighbours, friends or family and now you?

Human beings, whilst sometimes a little lazy, are an incredibly adaptable species and we love a challenge! One of the primary challenges humanity is faced with right now is the shifting of mass consciousness into a new era of awareness and abilities that encompasses many of the concepts outlined in this book. As you explore these truths and become aware of your own abilities, you affect those around you. As more people explore, experience and then accept these realities, so they become common knowledge, a paradigm shift is achieved and mass consciousness changes. This is happening now and you are part of it.
As you embark on your own personal journey of exploration, be aware that whatever brings joy to your heart will lead you along the path which is most suitable for your own growth. If you listen to your heart, you will find yourself with the right people, in the right places, at the right time. Crystal Dreaming™
A great deal of the information in this book is based on innumerable Crystal Dreaming sessions. Crystal Dreaming is an advanced crystal healing technique I have developed and which is taught and practised across Australia. By laying a matrix of crystals around the client in a particular pattern it is possible to guide any person into an altered state with ease and grace.
